Official Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Shape Your Body Clinic, Doncaster East, Victoria, Australia.

Prize: One personalised body contouring treatment package with a total advertised value of $3,000.

Application closing date: 31 December 2026.

Winner announcement: January 2027.

1. Eligibility

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Applicants must reside in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs or surrounding eligible areas.
• Applicants must be able to attend treatments at Shape Your Body Clinic, Doncaster East.
• Employees of Shape Your Body Clinic and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• Only one application per person is permitted.

2. Selection of the successful applicant

• This is a judged competition, not a random prize draw.
• One applicant will be personally selected by Shape Your Body Clinic based on their personal transformation story, individual goals, commitment and suitability.
• The judging decision will be made in accordance with the published selection criteria.
• The selected applicant will be contacted privately in January 2027.
• If the selected applicant cannot be contacted within 7 days, declines the prize or is not eligible, another applicant may be selected.
• Applications will be assessed on the personal story, clarity of goals, motivation and commitment to participating in the treatment journey, and suitability for the available treatments.
• The decision will be made by Shape Your Body Clinic based on the merits of each application.

3. Prize Valuation

• The prize has a total advertised value of $3,000 AUD.
• The prize value is calculated using Shape Your Body Clinic’s standard full price for individual, single treatments.
• Package prices, multi-session offers, membership rates, introductory offers, promotional discounts and other special pricing are excluded from the valuation.
• The advertised prize value represents the combined standard individual treatment prices, not the amount valued under any discounted package.
• The prize is a personalised treatment package and is not redeemable for cash or transferable to another person.

4. Consultation and treatment suitability

• The successful applicant must attend a consultation and suitability assessment before treatments commence.
• All treatments are subject to individual assessment and appropriate screening.
• The clinic reserves the right not to provide a treatment if it is considered unsuitable, contraindicated or inappropriate for the applicant.
• Treatments are not a substitute for medical treatment, weight-loss programs or surgical procedures.
• The prize does not include surgery or guarantee results that would ordinarily require surgical intervention.
• Unrealistic expectations or requests for outcomes that cannot reasonably be achieved with the available treatments may mean the proposed treatment plan is not suitable.
• Shape Your Body Clinic will discuss suitable alternatives where available.
• If no appropriate treatment plan can be agreed upon, the clinic may select another applicant.

5. Treatment selection

• The final treatment combination will be determined by Shape Your Body Clinic following consultation.
• Available treatments may include Fat Freezing, 7D HIFU, EMS, VShape and lymphatic drainage.
• Not every treatment will be suitable for every person.
• The clinic will determine the appropriate number, combination and sequence of treatments within the advertised prize value.

6. Prize expiry and appointments

• The successful applicant must commence their treatment journey within three months of being formally notified of their selection. The treatment journey must then be completed within the timeframe agreed with Shape Your Body Clinic, taking into account appropriate treatment intervals and clinic availability.
• All appointments must be arranged in advance and are subject to clinic availability.
• The winner is responsible for attending scheduled appointments and allowing sufficient time for the recommended treatment intervals.
• Reasonable advance notice is required for appointment changes.
• Repeated missed appointments or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of unused treatment entitlements, subject to applicable consumer laws.
• Extensions may be considered at the clinic’s discretion where exceptional circumstances arise.

7. Prize restrictions

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The prize cannot be sold, gifted or transferred to another person.
• The prize cannot be combined with other discounts, membership benefits or promotional offers.
• Any additional treatments or services requested outside the agreed prize package will be charged separately and require the winner’s approval.

8. Personal information and privacy

• Applicant information will be used to administer the campaign, assess applications and contact applicants.
• Personal stories and any health-related information will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
• Applicants will not be required to share their personal story publicly as a condition of entry.

9. Mandatory Treatment Photography and Promotional Image Use

• Participation in the Body Transformation Project requires the selected participant to take part in scheduled before-and-after photography to document their treatment journey and results.
• Initial photographs will be taken before treatments commence, with progress and final photographs taken at agreed stages throughout the project.
• Photographs will focus on the relevant treatment areas and may include front, side and back views where appropriate.
• The participant’s face, tattoos and other identifying features may be covered, excluded or cropped from photographs where requested.
• The project is intended to document and showcase a genuine body transformation. Applicants must understand that the selected participant will be required to agree to the use of agreed photographs by Shape Your Body Clinic for promotional purposes.
• Promotional use may include the clinic’s website, social media platforms and advertising materials.
• The selected participant must sign a separate written photography and image-use consent form before treatments commence. The form will explain the intended uses of the photographs, including whether they may appear in paid advertising.
• Photographs will be stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy and health-records requirements.
• No photographs will be published or shared for promotional purposes without the participant’s separate written permission.

10. General Conditions

• Shape Your Body Clinic reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it, subject to applicable law.
• Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights the applicant may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
• By submitting an application, applicants acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms.
