Order processing and shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, and your order will be shipped within 5 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping fees

Shipping to Australia is provided free of charge. For all other countries, please contact us for shipping estimates.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, with our full money back guarantee. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will endeavour to address this on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
