How Support Time is Measured
Multiple Questions & Quick Interactions:
- Time Tracking: All communications—whether via phone calls, SMS, or email—are timed from start to finish. The total time spent on answering your queries is deducted from your purchased support block.
- Minimum Increment: A minimum billing increment of 5 minutes applies. For example, a call lasting 2–4 minutes is rounded up and charged as a 5-minute block.
- Cumulative Deduction: Multiple short interactions throughout the day will be added together. For instance, a 3-minute call plus a messaging exchange of 4 minutes will be recorded as 10 minutes total (5 minutes + 5 minutes).
- Session Summaries: Upon request, I provide a summary of the time logged for complete transparency.
Terms & Conditions
- Validity: All purchased sessions or support hours are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Scheduling: Sessions should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.
- Confidentiality: All interactions and shared information remain strictly confidential.
- Payment: Full payment is required upon booking.
- Refunds: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused sessions or support hours. After 14 days, refunds are not provided; however, credits may be applied toward other services.
- Preferred Communication:
- Training Sessions: Conducted via video conferencing.
- Quick Support Queries: Handled through phone calls, SMS, or email.
- Response Time: Expect a response within 24 hours for ongoing support queries.
